Venue Twenty Two -The Westin Ottawa Wedding

The last time we shot a wedding at the Westin was in December so I was excited when Stephanie and Mike contacted me to photograph their Summer wedding at the same venue.

I first met Stephanie & Mike at the Experimental Farm in the spring when we shot their beautiful magnolia engagement photos. We had such a good time and I was really looking forward to seeing them again.

After the ceremony, we headed onto the roof of the Rideau Centre to capture a few wedding day portraits.

A venue with a view! 270 degrees to be exact! Venue Twenty Two sits on the 22nd floor of the Westin Ottawa.

OK. When Casey & I walked into the reception room and saw this cake we were speechless (which doesn’t happen often)! Cat Campbell from The Cake Whisperer is truly a cake artist. She created this custom Ombré floral cascade cake just for our lucky bride and groom!

Stephanie’s Mom created this mouth-watering candy bar!
