In 2013 Brian and I met at a mutual friend’s birthday party.  During the summer of 2016, we had discussed what I would like in an engagement ring and when Brian felt like he had a good handle on what I wanted, he told me he’d spend the next year looking for the perfect ring. Not two months later, on vacation at a hot spring resort in BC, we were sitting in one of the pools and he asked for my hand.   He popped the question right there in the water  and damned if he didn’t have the perfect ring!
